too quick to grab the keys lately
time to get back into my routine
the thirty mile roundtrip commute
day after day after day after day
rain sun heat snow wind
its all theraputic pedaling

now that laura gave birth i can finally start riding to work again, i stopped riding the beginning of june.
i didn't have too many nervous rides either since angela's water broke early while we were out for dinner. sprinting home post "the babys coming" phone call would have been terrible.
